We currently have an opportunity for someone to gain experience of working in a legal office in Dunfermline. The firm of solicitors and estate agents is keen to offer a young unemployed person the chance to join their finance team in an administrative support role. The successful candidate will work as part of a small but busy cash and records team where you will undertake a variety of administrative tasks including:

  • Updating, sorting and managing client records using a bespoke system
  • Logging and processing client payments
  • Taking responsibility for the daily banking of client cheques
  • Handling and scanning sensitive client documents
  • Checking and responding to emails as required
  • Assisting the team with general administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and have a can-do attitude. The ability to listen to and follow instructions is very important as is your ability to organise your workload. You will be educated to a minimum of National 4 in Maths, English or another business related subject and have a real interest in working in an office environment.
